CAF Executive Committee meet ahead of the Final matches of the African Schools Football Championship

Africa’s football's governing body (CAF) Executive Committee met in Accra, Ghana  at the weekend ahead of the Final matches of the CAF African Schools Football Championship.

CAF President Dr Patrice Motsepe, who chaired the meeting, announced five new CAF Vice Presidents.

The newly-elected CAF Vice Presidents are, CAF First Vice President: Fouzi Lekjaa (Morocco)  CAF Second Vice President: Kurt Okraku (Ghana) CAF Third Vice President: Mr Pierre-Alain Mounguengui (Gabon) CAF Fourth Vice President: Bestine Kazadi Ditabala (Democratic Republic of Congo) CAF Fifth Vice President: Feizal Sidat (Mozambique) Additionally, Motsepe announced that Yacine Idriss Diallo, President of Fédération Ivoirienne de football ("FIF"), has been co-opted onto the CAF Executive Committee.

The CAF Executive Committee also approved the names to fill vacant positions on several CAF Committees.
