The experienced Reinach, who has 39 Springbok caps to his name and was a part of the Boks' successful World Cup-winning squads in both 2019 and 2023, will make his return to South Africa at the end of the current season after a seven-year spell abroad in England and France.

Known for his explosive pace and pinpoint delivery, Reinach also brings a wealth of experience in European conditions with him to Cape Town, and at 34, he is still regarded as one of the best scrumhalves in the world. 

Director of Rugby John Dobson said that Reinach's profile fits perfectly with the style of play that the Stormers are known for.
