‘It will be hard for Bafana Bafana to play on artificial turf”

Date: Sep 9, 2024

South African coach Hugo Broos says it will be hard to play on the artificial turf. Broos says his troops will be going for nothing less than three points when they entertain South Sudan on Tuesday.

South Africa was held to a thrilling 2 all draw by the Ugandans during their 2025 Africa Cup of Nations Group K opening clash at an almost full Orlando Stadium on Friday night. Broos has hinted on making changes to the first eleven,” To adapt on that you have to train a week or two weeks,  so when we didn’t do it in either  Liberia, it was just the same thing. We played almost the same game as Liberia also 2 2 a little bit different but you can compare it, and three day later we did a fantastic game obviously on synthetic field in Liberia, Lets take that in mind, also now for me I  have very important job to do to put a mentally strong team.”
