The youth competition is scheduled to take place from the  of June 29 to July 2 in Boksburg, SA's Gauteng Province.

 This past weekend, the Namibia School Sport Union (NSSU) held trials to select the team that will travel to the neighbouring country.

Players were selected across various age categories - from U/13 to U/18.

The final squad comprises 12 players each for the U/17 and U/18 teams. Both the U/13 and U/15 age groups will be represented by 10 players each. NSSU President Rodger Kambatuku expressed satisfaction with the team, saying the focus should now shift to preparation.
