UAE laced in Group C of the FIFA under 17 World Cup Qatar 2025

The UAE has been placed in Group C of the FIFA  under 17 World Cup Qatar 2025, alongside Senegal, Croatia, and Costa Rica.

The tournament is set to run from November 3- 27,2025. The group stage draw took place in Doha on Sunday assisted by 2014 FIFA World Cup winner Julian Draxler and former Qatar under 17 player Abdulaziz Al Sulaiti.

This edition marks the first time the  under 17 World Cup will feature 48 teams, divided into 12 groups of four. The expanded format promises a variety of high-profile matches and competitive fixtures. The African team are in the following exciting groups.

In  Group A: Qatar, Italy, South Africa, Bolivia, In Group B: Japan, Morocco, New Caledonia, Portugal in Group C: UAE, Senegal, Croatia, Costa Rica in Group D: Argentina, Belgium, Tunisia, Fiji in Group E: England, Venezuela, Haiti, Egypt in Group F: Mexico, South Korea, Ivory Coast, Switzerland in Group H: Brazil, Honduras, Indonesia, Zambia, in  group I: USA, Burkina Faso, Tajikistan, Czech Republic in Group K: France, Chile, Canada, Uganda, in  Group L: Mali, New Zealand, Austria, Saudi Arabia The UAE's placement in Group C sets the stage for strong competition as the young squad prepares to take on international talent in Qatar later this year.
