He has also thanked COSATU for supporting and standing firm on its policies that include the Expropriation and BELA acts.

He was speaking at the Workers’ Day celebrations in Middleburg, Mpumalanga province, ahead of COSATU president Zingiswa Losi’s keynote address.

“We want to thank you for standing firm on issues such as the NHI. We thank you for having stood firm to make sure that that law is signed and that law is passed and to also say that law is going to be implemented.”
