Ndimande brothers' extradition hearing resumes in AKA, Tibz murder case

Date: Jun 14, 2024

The extradition case for Siyabonga and Malusi Ndimande, the brothers accused of murdering South African rapper Kiernan "AKA" Forbes and his friend Tebello Motsoane, is expected to resume today before the Manzini Magistrate's Court in eSwatini.

The siblings are wanted in South Africa for their alleged involvement in the February 2023 murders outside a Durban restaurant. They also face charges of killing two other men in the KwaZulu-Natal province last year.

South Africa filed an extradition request, which the defence has indicated they will oppose.

The Ndimandes face four counts of murder, attempted murder, and conspiracy to commit murder.
