Motorists and residents are urged to be cautious whilst driving as well as walking near streams and rivers.

Forecaster Lehlohonolo Thobela says, "For tonight we are expecting widespread thundershowers over Gauteng with a yellow level 4 warning for rain expected to lead to some localized flooding in some areas, and for tomorrow we are expecting orange level 5 over most parts of Gauteng of disruptive rain and localized flooding, and with that you can expect some interruptions as people travel for tomorrow."
