The report will be handed over to the President by the Department of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation which is reflecting on the political, social and economic journey of the transformation of SA since 1994 at the advent of democracy, in order to derive lessons and make recommendations for the country's development agenda.

The ceremony will take place at the Sefako Makgatho Presidential Guest House in the capital, Pretoria.

The handover will mark the official launch of the report which will be made accessible to the public immediately after the event.
