Amina Mohammed was speaking at a briefing on expectations ahead of the 4th International Conference on Financing for Development to be held in Sevilla, Spain from June 30. 

Despite Washington's withdrawal, member states reached an agreement on a draft outcome. 

The agreement will launch an ambitious package of reforms and actions towards closing the $4 trillion financing gap towards sustainable development and the implementation of the 17 Goals. 

The final outcome document to be adopted at the Conference reaffirms the realisation of sustainable development and the Sustainable Development Goals’, launches an ambitious package of reforms to close financing gap including enhancing the fiscal space. 

Address debt challenges of developing countries and lowering the cost of capital. 

It commits to member states to reforming the international financial architecture; while committing that international tax cooperation be fully inclusive and effective.
