EMS Spokesperson Xolile Khumalo has urged motorists to exercise caution while driving and maintain a safe following distance to ensure their safety on the roads.
“We also caution residents not to drive through flooded roads and low-lying bridges. A message goes out to residents that have built their homes near riverbanks to ensure that they exercise caution during this time.”
