The Dundee Regional Court in KwaZulu-Natal handed down the sentence to Sabelo Ngubane, following his conviction in an August 2023 arrest.
The court heard that he was found in possession of five firearms including an AK47 riffle, two other rifles and two pistols with live rounds of ammunition.
