The organisations protested to the country’s seat of government at the Union Buildings, where they handed over a memorandum of grievances.
If Ramaphosa does not step down, the organisations say they will continue with marches until their demand is met.
The group has also accused Ramaphosa of allowing foreign nations to lead the country.
