The two brothers implicated in the killing of SA rapper Kiernan 'AKA' Forbes and his friend Tebello 'Tibz' Motsoane have filed an appeal against their extradition to SA.
Siyabonga and Malusi Ndimande have the filed papers against their extradition from the Kingdom of eSwatini in the Manzini Magistrate's Court.
They have raised security concerns as the reason for the appeal. The brothers are accused of killing AKA and Tibz outside a restaurant in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal last year.
The Ndimande brothers were arrested earlier this year in Mbabane, eSwatini and charged with four counts of murder, attempted murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
