The party's statement follows strong criticism for its trip to Israel.
The trip which included eleven members of Parliament from the ACDP, Democratic Alliance and Patriotic Alliance has been described as a fact-finding mission.
It comes as SA's case against Israel at the International Court of Justice still stands.
ACDP leader, Reverend Kenneth Meshoe, "We are not supporting Israel's government, we are not supporting the state for whatever they are doing.
But we are very specific that we support every person and every government right to exist and if their existence is threatened then they have the right to defend themselves. Because we know that Hamas has publicly said that they do not believe that Israel should be allowed to live where they are, they should be annihilated."
