This comes after the South African government congratulated Frelimo after it won 70% of the vote in October, Ntshavheni says there was no violence during elections..
"We have listened to the security establishment of Mozambique that they are responsible for keeping peace, we have engaged to make sure there is no disproportional use of power against those who are protesting and those protesting must do it without destroying property because everybody has the right to protest.But South Africa is not a chairperson of SADC or a big brother so we will wait for the meeting that's been convened to find a way forward," says Ntshavheni.
