Aldramy says the family members were living in a six floor building. Israel has been launching airstrikes on Hamas targets in Gaza since the October seventh attack by Hamas that Israel says claimed at least one thousand 400 lives.

Hamas says well over eight thousand people have died in airstrikes on Gaza. Aldramy says there are other Palestinian families living in SA who have lost loved ones.

“Personally, I grew up in this area. I grew up with those people who have died today and not even my family. We have Palestinian people here in SA living, holding the citizenship of SA, 25 people belonged to Malaka family. They all died before”.
