Contralesa President, Kgosi Mathupa Mokoena says the unemployment rate of graduates may drive them to look for greener pastures in other countries.
“Contralesa is shocked by the stats that shows the high rate of unemployment in our country especially our youth. There are many graduates with degrees and diplomas sitting and idling at home doing nothing without jobs. This challenge will discourage our youth from pursuing their studies. Contralesa calls upon our government to come up with some strategies or mechanism that will address this challenge or else our graduates will leave our country to go and look for greener pastures outside SA,” Mokoena said.
