The Democratic Republic of Congo's(DRC) diaspora in South Africa are marching to the US embassy in Pretoria to deliver a memorandum of demands regarding the conflicts in the eastern DRC.

They are accusing the United States of America of sponsoring the instabilities in the eastern DRC. For more we are now joined on the line by the President of the Congo Diaspora in South Channel Africa's Reporter Michael Mbewe is there.

The chaos actually here that has taken place because of the ambassador, actually with the security personnel, were not allowing us as the press to come into the premises of the embassy and then also they are only allowing 2 representatives of the erasing marches to go inside the embassy without the threat.

There is a lot of chaos. Here there's a group of people in front of the gates who are throwing bottles and they're very angry at the bottom of this is that they are marching.

They're accusing America of sponsoring groups like M23 and Rwanda to commit assault.

In the instantly. So they are saying that should stop and they're demanding that America must come out of the RFP so that they can continue with their work.
