This comes as the first batch of Afrikaners make their way to the United States (US) under "refugee" status.

US President Donald Trump’s administration has opened its borders to SA Afrikaners to escape what they claim to be a genocide targeted against them. 

PAC Secretary General Apa Pooe says while everyone may have the right to relocate, it should not be under false pretense.

"Saying you are being persecuted when there is no such threat undermines the truth of our democratic reality and insults the struggles of millions who still live under real socioeconomic hardship. 

These claims are part of a deeper resistance to transformation and justice-especially from those who benefited from apartheid and now oppose land reform and equity."
