The Executive Director of the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/Aids, Michel Sidibe, has just concluded a four-day visit to South Sudan.
He disclosed that 5% of the 200 000 soldiers in South Sudan army have spread the virus that causes HIV/Aids.
