Following a short stint as a New Anchor at one of the big commercial radio stations in South Africa, Lulu Gaboo found herself back behind the microphone at the South African Broadcasting Corporation.

She started off on Radio 2000 and SAFM, then saw her next move as news anchoring on different daily shows on both stations.

She then joined SABC News Channel anchoring a global show called Your World, which later became The Globe.

Lulu joined Channel Africa to present Africa Digest before moving to host the morning show, Africa Rise & Shine.

She’s passionate about broadcasting and deems herself “an all-rounder with a great love for family, fashion, travel and all things beautiful."
