Seasoned broadcaster, Peter Ndoro, has been a household name across the continent for decades with a media career spanning over three decades.

He’s co-hosts one of Channel Africa’s flagship programmes ‘Rise & Shine’ a morning news and current affairs show looking at the news and people across Africa.

Peter brings a broad range of knowledge and experience to his work having worked at a number of media houses in Africa and Europe. He has hosted prime-time programmes for broadcasters that include SABC News, BusinessDay TV, CNBC Business Channel, BBC News in London and radio stations Highveld Stereo, Talk Radio 702, SAfm, and now Channel Africa.

Peter has over the years built an enviable body of work, including interviews with Presidents, Blue chip company CEOs and diverse range of people across many sectors that have helped tell compelling stories. Peter is passionate about Africa and works hard to get the African story told so as to inspire as well as act as a conduit for change. His versatility makes it easy for him to hold conversations almost on any subject.

With his depth of knowledge, Peter has been a sought-after MC/Programme Director and conference facilitator across Africa and abroad.

Peter trained as an Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand( Now PWC) and outside of Broadcasting has has had careers in Finance, Marketing, Business Management and Television Production.
