“Rail Infrastructure in Africa needs investing in”

The African Rail Industry Association says Rail Infrastructure in Africa needs investing in.

The organisation says the investment infrastructure is available and what is now needed is the money and for African countries to work together.

The Association is part of industry bodies, companies, and speakers from across Africa and other parts of the world, who are attending the Africa Rail event described as the biggest industry event, currently taking place in Sandton, north of Johannesburg in South Africa.

Chief Executive Officer of  The African Rail Industry Association, Mesela Nhlapho, “We need to see the lines of the PICC, the GPF, the pension funds that will be able to invest in infrastructure in South Africa and beyond South Africa to have an integrated interoperability railways. We need to make sure that the investment.

Not only is about money, but ensure that we are able to operate from the top of the continent to the southern tip of the continent, so the investment infrastructure is there.

Let's spend the money from local organizations, meaning from the African perspective, African bank we can name.
