Presiding Judge in the matter, Justice Nathan Erasmus delivered the judgment, indicating that the reasons for the dismissal would be communicated further.
It’s a unanimous order by the three of us. And the order reads as follows. Having had the legal representatives for the applicants and the first respondent. And we read the documents filed on record. One, the application is dismissed with costs. Two, the application the applicant will pay the first respondent costs in the costs the costs will the costs of the two counsellors they so employ,” Nathan Erasmus said.
