Speaking during the Africa Energy Forum in Cape Town, Western Cape province,  Dlamini stressed the importance of improving access to finance and land for energy development.
“One thing that is important is  finance availability. We are seen as risky, especially us as African countries, developing countries. Yet, when you go to the ground, you do see that it is not as perceived by those who say Africa is risky,” he said.
