Addressing the annual Thabo Mbeki Lecture in Dar es Salaam in Tanzania, Mbeki says that Africa has the capacity and intellectuals to address the challenges facing it.

The Thabo Mbeki Foundation, in partnership with the Julius Nyerere Foundation, is hosting the Thabo Mbeki Africa Day Annual Lecture in Dar es Salaam.

The event brings together leaders and delegates from across the continent to reflect on Africa’s progress and future.
