Despite repeated attempts to engage with the Post Office, approximately 5 000 workers who were laid off in April have not been compensated.
The situation has left many unable to meet the basic needs of their families.
Among the affected is Ouma Mabowa, a mother of two, who shared her plight. "The delay in receiving our severance pay is devastating. Without any income, I'm unable to provide for my children's education or even our daily meals," Mabowa expressed.
