IMF reaches preliminary deal with DRC

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) said this Tuesday it reached a preliminary or "staff-level" agreement on first review of the Democratic Republic of Congo's (DRC) three-year economic and financial programme under its extended credit facility.

The agreement is subject to approval by the IMF’s Executive Board.
