Lack of 21st century skills leading to high unemployment rate among African graduates

There genuinely is a call for a real relook at Africa’s education system. This is in light of the growing challenge of graduates struggling to find employment, despite a critical skills shortage in the job market.

Nigeria and South Africa, the continent’s biggest economies sit with alarming rates of youth unemployment, while organisations are struggling to source talent and skills from the thousands of graduates produced every year from institutions of higher learning.
